1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to My Little Puppy ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using mylittlepuppy.org (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are effective as of the date listed above and apply to all users of the Service.

2. The Service

My Little Puppy lets you write to a departed dog and receive a compassionate, AI-generated reply. By default, letters and replies stay on your device ("Letter Box"). If you choose to share to the public Wall, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content, which you can revoke by requesting removal.

The Service includes:

• Writing and storing letters locally on your device
• Receiving AI-generated replies for comfort and reflection
• Optional submission of letters to a public "Wall" (with your explicit consent)
• A Steam widget in the footer for inspiration attribution (no affiliation or endorsement implied)

Important: This Service provides emotional support and memorialization tools only. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service, and they are responsible for your use of the Service.

4. User Content & License

Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the letters and content you create using the Service.

Local Storage: By default, your letters and replies are stored only on your device and never leave your device without your explicit action.

Public Wall License: If you choose to submit content to the public Wall, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content. This license allows us to:

• Display your content on the public Wall
• Moderate content for safety and compliance
• Remove content that violates these Terms

Revocation: You can revoke this license at any time by requesting removal of your content via email. We will process removal requests within 7 days.

No Transfer of IP: We do not claim ownership of your content, and this license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Incite self-harm or violence
• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or automated content
• Violate anyone's privacy or share personal information without consent
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or attack the Service
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. AI Replies and No Guarantees

AI replies are for comfort only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not medical, mental-health, religious, legal, or financial advice.

The Service and AI-generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated replies
• That the Service will be available at all times
• That the Service will meet your specific needs
• Any particular outcomes from using the Service

You use the Service and AI-generated content at your own risk.

7. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. By default, your letters and replies never leave your device. If you choose cloud generation, we process only what's necessary to produce a reply and delete it promptly after.

Summary: We practice data minimization. Local storage remains on your device until you delete it. Any optional cloud processing is time-limited (within 24 hours) and deletable. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service's logo, site design, and curated text belong to My Little Puppy. All rights reserved.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your letters and content as described in Section 4.

Third-Party Content: The Steam widget in our footer belongs to Valve Corporation and its partners. Its inclusion is for inspiration attribution only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

9. DMCA/Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at hello@mylittlepuppy.org with:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• The location of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

We will review and respond to valid complaints promptly.

10. Termination

By Us: We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your local data at any time through your device settings.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Little Puppy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law & Changes

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by:
